GenAI & Agentic AI Development

Enterprise GenAI and agentic solutions on leading LLMs — with AI evaluation, guardrails and human approval designed in from the start, not bolted on after an incident.

What this practice covers

Where we actually help.

01

Agentic system design

Scoping tool access and autonomy boundaries deliberately, rather than granting broad permissions by default.

02

Guardrails & red-teaming

Adversarial testing for prompt injection, privilege escalation and data exfiltration before an agent touches production.

03

Human approval checkpoints

Designed in at the specific points that are high-consequence or hard to reverse — not everywhere, and not nowhere.

Questions

Before you dig in.

What's the difference between this and AI Testing & Evaluations?

This practice designs and builds agentic systems and their guardrails; AI Testing & Evaluations independently evaluates LLM and chatbot applications — the two work together, and an agent built here would typically be evaluated there too.

Is red-teaming a one-time step before launch?

No — it should recur after any change to the agent's tools, permissions or underlying model, since each of those changes the attack surface.
